Released on October 29, 2002, "Nirvana" is a posthumous compilation album that serves as a retrospective of the band's career. The album features tracks from their three studio albums: "Bleach" (1989), "Nevermind" (1991), and "In Utero" (1993), as well as selected B-sides and rarities. The compilation includes some of Nirvana's most iconic and influential songs, showcasing the band's evolution from the rawer sound of their early years to the more polished production on "Nevermind" and the experimental approach on "In Utero."
